“The Internet on the Move” Course
Surely, you know that too: at home and at the office, you are used to the Internet, but how do you use it on a business trip or on holidays? Where do I find the Internet cafés? How do I connect my pc to a hotel network? How can I access my e-mails from somebody else’s computer?
Our short course entitled “The Internet on the Move” focuses on this theme: How to use the Internet on the move or on holidays, and where better to demonstrate this than in our apartment?
Since our multimedia training apartment is certainly very special! A separate room in the apartment is fitted as an IT lab so as to allow most of the Internet courses to take place there.
As soon as the training is over you are back in the living quarters of the apartment…
A lot of time and energy went into the development, technology and decoration of this apartment and the result is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with just a little something special to make it feel more like home.
And the perfect location to learn something thanks to our course “The Internet on the Move”. This is a one-to-one course, so don’t be afraid to ask “stupid questions”.
You are completely alone, there are no other guests, no children, no pets, so you will find here exactly the kind of peace and quiet that you and your partner so badly need every now and then.
As far as technology is concerned, the equipment is state-of-the-art: the fastest iMac/PC combined with digital satellite TV receiver, to allow you to keep abreast of the latest world affairs, or simply to follow your favourite programmes.
An extensive DVD collection with feature films, hundreds of photos on the surroundings in the form of a slide-show and thousands of iTunes tracks complete the selection of approx. 400 TV channels.
Stay in contact with your friends and family back home thanks to the high speed ADSL Internet connection on our computer, or connect your laptop to our Ethernet hub. WIFI is available throughout the apartment should your laptop offer this option.
Using the wireless headset you can phone via your own Skype account, TV programmes can also be recorded (or the viewing can be paused and then later simply resumed).
You can connect your digital camera to our computer in order to send your pictures home via e-mail and therefore free some space on your memory card.
Moreover, the built-in webcam can be used for live video chat, or make your own videos (3 mouse clicks) and send them to your own mailbox in order to be able to watch them at home at a later stage.
So, if the time has come again to take another romantic trip, just the two of you in the Ardennes, or if you want to let yourself be spoiled somewhat and at the same time learn a little something extra, then our Wirtzfeld Valley apartment is definitely the “place to be”.
In order to be able to fully use these extra skills, and to make your trip tax deductible for your company, a short training course will be given upon check-in, with the mention “The Internet on the Move Training Course” stated on your official invoice as a result.
Price of this Introductory Course: € 295.00 inclusive of VAT and one overnight for two in our guest accommodation.
Naturally, towels, bed linen and overnight tax are included in the price of the training package. So is the cleaning service at the end of the stay. Private and free parking. A fridge refill package (optional) is also supplied.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by VISA/MasterCard credit card.
